Hi Guys,
Hope you guys are doing well. In today's video I'll be showing how to make East Indian Chitaps/ Polas || (ईस्ट इंडियन चीताप /पोला)
It's a very simple and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg rice flour
250 gms maida
100 gms sugar
salt as per taste
200ml coconut milk
1 egg
warm water as required
2 tsp yeast
