This has been a difficult time for a lot of you, and working out at home has been more popular now than before. However, it can be hard to stay motivated to workout at home, especially if it is different from your normal routine of going to the gym. Make sure to stay tuned to the end, and I will give you my trick to staying motivated. There are a bunch of little things we can do to play tricks on our brain, to help us get motivated for working out at home. Going to the gym feels so different from working out at home, so it can be difficult. So, here are some of the tips that I want to give to you to help you get motivated to workout at home.

Tip #1: SET A GOAL FOR YOURSELF. Whether it is to build muscle, burn fat, build your cardio, whatever it is, set a goal specific for yourself. Keep track of it in a journal as you workout to keep track of your progress. Seeing your progress will help to motivate you.

Tip #2: JOIN AN ONLINE GROUP. It is always helpful to have other people around you to motivate you to workout. We have a Live Anabolic group that has people like you in there, that are there to help each other to be motivated. There are other groups out there as well, or talk to your friends or family to help you keep accountable.

Tip #3: CREATE A WORKOUT SCHEDULE. All of you have different schedules. Do the best you can to get a routine because routines will help you be consistent in working out. Once you stick to it for a while, you are going to look forward to working out.

Tip #4: CHANGE IT UP/KEEP IT INTERESTING. Don’t get into a routine of exercises that will get boring to do. Switch up your workouts and exercises so that not only you are being motivated to workout, but your body is also avoiding a plateau.

Tip #5: TRY LISTENING TO MUSIC. You may start off as not being a music person, at least during workouts. I encourage you to try listening to music because that will motivate you, and it can also increase the intensity of your workouts.

Tip #6: GET A WORKOUT PARTNER. This one can be a little tougher to do, but having someone to workout with whether at home or in the gym is very helpful. Nothing motivates you more than having someone with you in your workouts.

Tip #7: PUT YOUR WORKOUT CLOTHES ON. This sounds simple, and that’s because it is. Just put your dang workout clothes on, and get to working out. You are already at home so just put your workout clothes on, and workout!

Tip #8: PICK SOMEONE TO MOTIVATE YOU. Someone that you admire there physic or health, and make your goal to get to where they are. When you get to that goal, make another goal, but this is to motivate you to continue to workout at home.

Tip #9: STOP MAKING EXCUSES.

Tip #10: KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PROGRESS.

Alright, now for my BIG TIP that I use to stay motivated when working out at home. TURN OFF YOUR DISTRACTIONS AND FOCUS ON WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. Also, TRY TO TAKE PRE-WORKOUT. These 2 tips are what I use, and I think it will help motivate you as well to workout at home.
