This is the first in a series of videos where I will repair a 1952 Benrus "Sir Preston" watch with a beautiful waffle dial. The watch has a Benrus DN21 movement, which is actually a rebranded ETA 1280.
In his video, I will disassemble and evaluate the watch and its movement. Because the cleaning process is the same for all watches, I will not make a video showing me clean this watch movement.
