(per 22 frollini circa)
Biscotti:
300g -farina "00" debole
220g -burro o margarina
100g -zucchero semolato
50g -uovo intero (1 circa)
30g -cacao amaro in polvere
1 -vanillina o bacca di vaniglia
-scorza di limone
-pizzico di sale
Ripieno:
200g Nutella
20g olio di semi di girasole
COTTURA:
in forno statico già caldo 170-180°C per 10-15 minuti circa

DOUGH:
300g -wheat-flour "00"
220g -butter or margarine
100g -granulated sugar
50g -egg (about 1)
30g -cocoa powder
1 -vanilla or vanilla bean
-lemon zest
-pinch of salt
FILLING:
200g "Nutella"
20g sunflower seed oil
COOKING:
bake at 170°-180°C for about 10-15 minutes
