Tu Tu Kueh is a palm-sized confectionary made from rice flour and is either plain, or filled with fried coconut shavings, ground peanuts and even dark chocolate. But how did it get it's name and distinctive shape? We met Tan's Tu Tu Coconut Cake, a four-generation family business that continues to make Tu Tu Kueh the same way, since it was first created by it's founder, Tan Yong Fa more than 80 years ago.
