Ingredients:
bread flour 500 grams ( 3 3/4 cup)
instant yeast 7 grams (2 1/4 tsp)
salt 7 grams ( 1 1/4 tsp)
sugar 80 grams ( 6 tbsp)
powder milk 20 grams ( 2 tbsp)
bread improver 3 grams ( 1/2 tsp)
normal water 1 cup + 2 tbsp ( add as needed)
shortening or lard 1 1/2 tbsp (20 grams)
Burger patty:
ground beef 500 grams
salt 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
Pizza toppings:
pepperoni
pineapple slice
black olives
white ring onion
red bell pepper
mozarella cheese or quickmelt cheese
Note: You can use whatever toppings you like.
Burger filling:
whole pickles ( you may use fresh cucumber)
sliced white onion
chopped lettuce
sliced tomato
sliced cheese
Pizza sauce:
tomato sauce 1 pack (200 grams)
oregano 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Burger sauce:
mayonnaise 1/2 cup
japanese mayo 1/2 cup
grated white onion 1/2 tbsp
yellow mustard 2 tbsp
hot sauce t tbsp ( or ketchup)
worcestershire 1/2 tbsp
salt to taste
Baking time: 80 grams buns 18-20 minutes
500 grams buns 23-25 minutes
Oven temperature: 160°c
