Ingredients:
Polish starter/Sponge dough:
warm milk 200ml (3/4 cup + 4 tbsp)
bread flour 200 grams (1 1/2 cup)
instant yeast 6 grams (2 tsp)
Main dough:
bread flour 300 grams (2 1/4 cup)
powder milk 10 grams (3 tbsp)
salt 5 grams ( 1 tsp)
sugar 60 grams ( 4 tbsp)
warm milk milk 100 ml
instant yeast 10 grams (1 tbsp)
egg 2 large (100 grams)
Polish starter dough
butter 40 grams ( 2 1/2 tbsp)
For the pizza toppings you will need,
whole corn
white onion (chopped)
red and green bell pepper (chopped)
black olives (optional)
mozarella cheese/cheddar cheese
ham / pepperoni
pizza sauce
mayonnaise
pizza sauce:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley or oregano
Bacon cheese rolls toppings:
3 tbsp butter (softened )
1 tbsp parsley
1 cloves garlic ( grated)optional
Mix all together and and it on top of the dough.
Coating: equal amount of sesame seeds and bread crumbs.
Note :.You can choose whatever toppings you like.
Baking time: 20-25 minutes at 160-180 °c
