Описание: Chamorro atuli or atule, the drink of the heavens, at least in my opinion. This delicacy of corn masa and coconut milk makes for a divine beverage good enough for the Gods. The nixtamalization of corn to make masa, blended with coconut milk, wow, it's just the perfect flavor combination. Since Guam was occupied by the Spaniards, who brought Mexicans to Guam, we Chamorros have grown to love the assimilated dishes between island flavors and Latin America, including atole.

INGREDIENTS
Set 1
3 cups water
½ cup coarse to finely ground homemade måsa (This is lime-treated boiled corn that is ground. If using store-bought måsa from the shelf, start with 1/3 cup.)

Set 2
1 cup canned coconut milk (Fresh coconut milk would be mouthwatering and will be thinner.)
1½ teaspoons salt

Tools: medium pot, whisk
