If you've seen part 1 then you'll know that I got pretty ill after the first week of training to get a sub 40 10k.
I'm giving up on getting a pb though! I've been doing as much training as I can while still listening to my body and although it's not the 40km I had planned, I still managed to do 13km this week.
My main goal now is to get a 10k pb which would be anything below 46:30.
Even though my fitness has decreased, I'm still going to give it my all to get a PB and who knows what will happen on the day!
Thank you for all the support and for watching the video! I might not even have continued to try to run the race if it wasn't for everyone watching :)
Make sure to stick around for part 3 which will be the race itself to find out if I manage to get a pb or if I even finish the race...
