Welcome to Day 6 of the 30 Day New Year, New Rhythm Yoga Challenge!
Today’s practice is a 14-minute breath-to-movement yoga flow designed to help you deepen your connection to your breath while moving with greater awareness and ease.
This vinyasa-inspired practice focuses on linking each movement to an inhale or exhale, creating a steady rhythm that supports both the body and the nervous system. By slowing down and prioritizing breath, you may notice more fluid transitions, less effort, and a greater sense of presence throughout your practice.
