Welcome to Day 17 of the 30 Day New Year, New Rhythm Yoga Challenge!
Today’s practice is a 15-minute heart-opening yoga flow designed to create space across the chest, shoulders, and upper back while inviting a sense of openness and ease.
This vinyasa-inspired practice focuses on gentle chest-opening, mindful transitions, and breath awareness to help counteract tension from daily life and encourage both physical and emotional release. The emphasis is on opening with support ~ never forcing or pushing into sensation.
This practice is especially supportive if you’re:
• feeling tight across the chest or shoulders
• spending long hours seated or at a desk
• wanting to explore heart opening gently
• seeking a sense of openness and expansion
You don’t need to go deep.
You don’t need to push past comfort.
