🟡 Nutritious Energy Laddus (Protein-Packed & Healthy)
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup Roasted Chana Dal
1 cup Roasted Peanuts
3 tbsp Till (Sesame Seeds)
½ cup Dry Coconut
½ cup Jaggery
1 tbsp Elayachi (Cardamom) Powder
2–3 tbsp Ghee
👉 These laddus are rich in protein, healthy fats, iron, and calcium – perfect for fasting and kids’ snacks too!
🟠 Crispy Sabudana Vada (Vrat Special)
📝 Ingredients:
2 cups Soaked Sabudana
1 Big Boiled Potato (Alu)
½ cup Peanut Powder
1 Onion (optional for vrat based on tradition)
3 Green Chillies
½ cup Fresh Coriander
1 tbsp Jeera
1 tbsp Senda Namak (Rock Salt)
Oil for deep frying
👉 Golden, crispy outside and soft inside – this Sabudana Vada pairs perfectly with curd or green chutney.
💡 Tips:
✔ Soak sabudana properly for soft vadas
✔ Grind jaggery finely for smooth laddus
✔ Adjust spice as per taste
