🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookies (At Number 9 edition)

Ingredients:
260 g almonds (or any other nut or seed you like)
200 g dark chocolate bar (chopped)
100 g dark chocolate chips
300 g all-purpose flour (we used Caputo Fioreglut for a gluten-free version)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp baking soda
200 g cold butter
2 eggs
120 g raw sugar (or brown sugar)
A pinch of salt

🧑‍🍳 How to make them:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C / 355 °F.
Chop the almonds and dark chocolate — enjoy that satisfying sound.
In small bowls, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar.
Mix gently with your hands or a spatula until soft and creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and keep mixing until smooth.
Add in the dry ingredients, then fold the chocolate and almonds.
Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden on the edges and soft in the middle.
Let them rest for a few minutes… if you can wait that long.

They taste even better with a warm cup of tea or coffee on a slow morning. ☕

✨ This recipe makes around 20 cookies — perfectly soft, slightly chewy, and full of cozy November flavor.
