NOTE: I am not affiliated in anyway with the Lave Tunnel Tourist Attraction. This is my personal view and story of this wonderful place. I highly recommend adding this stop to your Iceland trip. It’s a mere 30 minutes from Reykjavik and the general tour runs an hour. You can book the tour through Reykjavik Excursions (link below). The tour guides are fabulous and the experience is unforgettable. Furthermore, this stop will not consume your entire day giving you more flexibility for the remainder of your day.
