***Ingredients***
2kg Goat Meat with skin
1kg Goat Tripe/Intestines
4-5 medium-size tomatoes
2 medium-size onions
2-3 Garden Eggs
2 Red Scotch Bonnet or any Chillies of your choice
5-6 Cloves garlic
1 or 2 handful/s of ginger (chopped)
1 twig Fresh Rosemary (You can use the dry one)
**Spices Used**
1 tsp ground calabash Nutmeg
1 tbsp ground aniseed
1/2 tbsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground Star Anise
