Purchasing tickets was straightforward. There are ticket machines at every station that accept cash and provide instructions in multiple languages. For frequent travelers, I recommend getting a Rabbit Card for the BTS or a stored value card for the MRT, which saves time and is more convenient.
Accessibility:
The metro system is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. There are elevators and escalators at most stations, and the trains have designated spaces for wheelchairs.
Safety for Tourists 👮‍♂️

I felt very safe using the metro. There are security personnel present at all stations, and CCTV cameras monitor the trains and platforms. The presence of staff and clear safety instructions made me feel secure throughout my journey.
