अपने स्वाभाविक श्वास-प्रश्वास के प्रवाह को बस देखते रहें।
न कोई मंत्र जप, न कोई कल्पना — हमारा श्वास ही हमारा सच्चा गुरु है।
बस अपनी प्राकृतिक साँस के साथ रहें।
