Hello! It's been a while! I thank you for your patience while my wrist heals. Join me in this 20-minute hands free flow that will allow us to stretch our bodies without placing weight on our hands/wrists. This class is perfect for anyone who has tendinitis (like myself) carpal tunnel, or any other wrist or hand injury. It's also a great overall quick full-body practice, you don't have to be injured to do it! This class is beneficial for all levels.
