RECIPE NOTES:
We highly recommend using avocado oil as this is a high smoke point oil and won't cause a ton of smoke in your air fryer.

Make sure you're using uniform-sized potatoes, if you're using 1 large and two smaller potatoes the larger potato will be raw and the small could be overcooked. 

You may need to adjust the time depending on the size of the potatoes. Ours were perfectly cooked at 35 minutes and this is the time-frame we always use for a medium-sized sweet potato. 

This is a great way to meal prep potatoes. We store them in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
