We're pleased to announce Jupiter Wagons' recent acquisition of Bonatrans India (BIPL) for Rs. 271 crore. This move establishes us as the first rolling stock manufacturer in India with our own wheelset plant. BIPL's capacity to produce 20,000 Wheels and 10,000 Axles annually strengthens our self-reliance and operational efficiency, and thereby reduces our dependence on imported wheels.
