Co-creating classrooms and school environments is an empowering way to engage young people in creating cultures where everyone can flourish. This session will explore how you can do that in a structured, but organic way that allows everyone involved (staff and young people) to have their voice heard and shape the direction and outcomes.

Using ASPIRE, an evidence-based model of flourishing cultures put forward by Dr Sue Roffey, we’ll explore using solution-focused practices such as laddering, counters and the miracle question to facilitate grounded conversations that result in commitment to small actions that have a positive impact on classroom and school culture.

A Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, Michele combines her expertise as an occupational psychologist and her passion for positive psychology to focus on developing simple, practical solutions to help people to flourish. As a director of Work Positive and a co-creator of the At My Best range of products, as well as Woohooyoo and Deckhive, Michele uses strengths-based and appreciative approaches, to work with groups and organisations who are looking to empower their leaders and maximise the wellbeing of their people.
