All around the world, incredible people are working to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. The #ProudToShare campaign by UNESCO’s Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB) aims to share their stories and show how communities are making a difference in Biosphere Reserves.
In Isle of Man Biosphere Reserve, in the UK, the sea is a very important part of the islanders’ life, be it for their livelihoods or for leisure. Working along side the community, the Biosphere Reserve aims to introduce sustainable practices to the fishing and tourism industries.
