00:05:38 MENO IBRAHIM ABDALLA (charged with Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child (At Least 3 Violations of 1st or 2nd Degree Sexual Assault) this is Abdalla’s only case in Wisconsin. He lives in Columbus, OH, as of 12/30/25, when he posted his cash bail. The state alleges that Abdalla is currently being investigated for sexual assault of other minor females. In the IA on the 26th, he updated his address from Axel Ave in Madison to Nichols Rd in Monona. He was given cash bail at $5000, and is required to be monitored via GPS tracking from Pretrial Services. Per defense, Abdalla arrived in the US as a refugee at the age of 13, and became a citizen in 2018. He is 26 years old as of this posting. The defense attorney tries to blame the child’s mental health diagnoses and also claims that she says she wasn’t forced and felt safe with Abdalla, while also stating that Abdalla claims he never had sexual contact with her.)
