Babywearing Slow Flow Yoga (Postpartum-Safe)
This gentle class is designed to support your body while wearing your baby safely, helping you rebuild strength, reconnect with your breath, and release tension from your neck, shoulders, hips and lower back.
We move slowly and intentionally, focusing on:
Core and pelvic-floor–friendly strength
Safe alignment while babywearing
Neck, shoulder & back relief from feeding and carrying
Slow flow to regulate the nervous system
Connection with your baby through grounding movement
This practice is suitable from when your baby can be worn safely in a carrier and you’ve been cleared for movement (usually after 6+ weeks postpartum — 12+ after C-section. Always check with your health practitioner.)
Tips for Babywearing During Yoga
Ensure baby is upright & supported
Keep straps tight + baby close enough to kiss
Avoid deep twists or backbends
Focus on breath, not intensity
