This video is a quick run through of some of the things I like to include in my art journaling and a few of the techniques that I enjoy experimenting with.

I specifically love the variety of materials, textures, colours and patterns you can play with when you art journal and the creative freedom that comes with that. I think it's a great way to 'exercise' and 'practice' your creativity which will also help you with your other crafts, be it sewing, quilting or painting etc..

I wanted to give a special shoutout to Les and her Instagram account @paintbyles which is full of inspirational short process videos which are just fabulous!
