Many have a vintage look that works well in junk journals. I used Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Crowded Attic Stickers for the back side of many of the charms.

Some suggested supplies: scrap chipboard, cardboard, papers, napkins, stickers, words, die cuts, snippets, etc.
For the bead dangles: pliers, cutters, jump rings, beads or some old jewelry to take apart.
To attach you can use: lobster clasps, bulb pins, safety pins, paper clips, ball chain, key rings and more.
