~Re Canning #10 can of Fruit Cocktail~

Описание: In amongst my mini kitchen renovation, I was able to quick crank out this Re-Canning #10 can Series . . . Today we will be canning one of my other son's favorite! Fruit Cocktail. And yes I will have to hide these as I do with my peach preserves, otherwise Nikkita will eat these all out on his momma here. LOL Gotta love it when your kids desire the canned goods in Momm'a Grocery Store as they call my pantry here.

So really folks these videos here are really being made for my 4 adult children for my 7 grandchildren. Besides that they were also raised as preppers . . . yes folks they were helping with the food preservation every year as children, to present day. as kids they really were not to happy about it .. . . but now as parents they see why it was done.

Everytime its time to rotate the #10 cans out this what we do with them as another is replacing the old #10 can. What I really like the most from the re-canning this all is that if my family wants more peaches in it I can add more peaches to it.

I am a rebel canner as some would call me or they would even say this chick is a hipster canner!!! Dang right I am and I am proud of it! I do can what my Momma canned & now I can so much more then just her recipes! I can with MY modern rebel hipster canning recipes & I love it when I can save money for my family! I also enjoy sharing this knowledge with you all as well. Just remember with out us rebel hipster canners out here, you all would still be canning the old recipe., We are the ones that make it possible for you all to can new recipes!!! I am also proud that in my state at the state universisity they have been doing alot research on canning & preserving. XOXO Happy Canning!!!
