Описание: Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a 10 MINUTE ENERGIZING MORNING YOGA practice. This practice includes a couple backbends to help energize the body as well as a couple neck and back stretches to loosen up the muscles that may have gotten tight overnight. I wanted to upload a 10 minute video because I feel like a lot of the videos and practices have been on the longer side lately, so I'm looking to balance things out. This sequence is great for morning, but feel free to use it anytime you need a quick stretch! The practice is fairly simple and most people should be able to follow along without issues, but be mindful that it is okay to take a break or modify whenever it's needed.
