Ego death is a term commonly seen amongst both psychedelic and spiritual communities, but I feel that it's something not thoroughly understood or grasped. In this video I attempt to shed light on what I feel to be the real meaning behind 'ego death' by describing my own personal experience in having one. I also spend some time talking about the dramatic impact that such an experience can have on our lives, and how important it is to approach these things with reverence, respect, preparation and maturity.
