Financial advice cannot physically be scaled in the UK, even with the help of AI, as there are simply not enough advisers, according to Helena Wardle, founder of Money Means.
Wardle, alongside her colleague, Sally Williams, joined FT Adviser’s Alina Khan to discuss Money Means’ recent creation, Aida — the AI digital adviser.
In their quest to make financial advice more accessible, Wardle discussed how different approaches needed to be taken to tackle the issue of the advice gap, which is where Aida comes in.
