Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 cup powdered milk
Formula For Costing:
Sum up expenses for ingredients and materials used, then divide the total amount with the number of pieces or packs yield, then multiply the amount by 2, the result amount will be the price of your product per piece or packs... With this formula your profit is 50% from the your gross sales... "Ibig sabihin kalahati ang tubo mo dito"
Example:
All purpose flour 30.00
Butter 60.00
Powdered milk 20.00
Sugar 20.00
Cellophane, gas 20.00
Total = 150.00
150/30 pcs = 5 x 2 = 10
P10.00 is your selling price per piece
