Namaste dosto! Aaj ke is video mein hum banane ja rahe hain ek dum authentic aur swadisht Sarson wali Fish Curry. Agar aapko desi style machhali pasand hai, toh ye recipe bilkul aapke liye hai. Pili sarson aur dher saare lahsun ke saath bani ye gravy aapki ungliyan chatne par majboor kar degi!
Is video mein maine bataya hai ki kaise aap machhali ko sahi tareeke se marinate karein aur gravy ko perfect kaise banayein.
🛒 Ingredients (Samagri):
Masala Paste ke liye:
Pili Sarson: 3 chammach
Lahsun: 5 pot (poori kaliyan)
Khada Dhaniya: 2 chammach
Gol Mirch (Kali Mirch): 1 chammach
Sukhi Lal Mirch: 5-7 (swadanusar)
Tarka aur Gravy ke liye:
Methi Dana: Tadke ke liye
Haldi Powder: Zarurat anusar
Namak: Swadanusar
Tamatar: 3 medium size (kate huye)
Hara Dhaniya: Garnish ke liye
Sarson ka Tel: Fry aur cooking ke liye
👩🍳 Recipe Steps (Banane ki Vidhi):
Marination: Sabse pehle machhali mein taiyar kiya hua Lahsun-Sarson-Mirch ka thoda sa paste, namak aur halka sa tel dalkar acche se mix karein.
Deep Fry: Kadai mein sarson ka tel garam karein aur machhali ko sunhera (golden brown) hone tak deep fry karke nikal lein.
Tadka: Usi bache huye tel mein methi dana ka tadka lagayein.
Masala Bhunna: Ab bacha hua saara masala paste aur haldi dalkar ise tab tak bhune jab tak tel alag na ho jaye.
Tamatar: Kate huye tamatar aur namak dalein aur tamatar ke galne tak acche se pakayein.
Gravy: Zarurat ke hisaab se pani dalein. Jab gravy mein ek ubaal (boil) aa jaye, tab fry ki hui machhali daal dein.
Garnish: Ant mein hara dhaniya dalkar ise garnish karein. Garma-garam chawal ke saath serve karein!
