After weeks of teasing, the DS N°8 is here and will be available in Europe from mid-2025, offering a choice of three powertrains and two battery options:
• The front-wheel drive (FWD) with 230 hp and 343 Nm, paired with a 74 kWh battery, offering 572 km of range.
• The FWD Long Range with 245 hp and 343 Nm, paired with a 97.2 kWh battery, providing 750 km of range.
• Finally, the AWD Long Range with 350 hp and 509 Nm, delivering 686 km from a 97.2 kWh battery.
With the DS N°8, the Stellantis Group continues its strategy of vertical integration by producing electrification technologies in-house on French soil. The DS N°8 aims to be a premium model that embodies innovation and French excellence. The NMC battery of the DS N°8, developed by the ACC joint venture in Billy-Berclau Douvrin (62), and the electric motor designed at Trémery (57) by Emotors, represent a significant step forward in the local production of essential components for electric mobility.
The DS N°8 offers an impressive 750 km range thanks to a 97.2 kWh battery in the FWD Long Range version. Meanwhile, the all-wheel-drive version with 350 hp ensures high-level performance, achieving 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds. This electric vehicle combines power and energy efficiency, optimizing aerodynamics and motor performance.
To simplify charging, the DS N°8 features fast charging at 160 kW, allowing it to recover 200 km of range in just 10 minutes. Its intelligent battery management system maximizes durability while preserving performance.
In terms of comfort and technology, the DS N°8 stands out with advanced features: DS Active Scan suspension, DS Extended Head-Up Display, and DS Pixelvision adaptive lighting for optimal driving. Safety is also prioritized, with advanced technologies such as DS Drive Assist 2.0 and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
