I am now starting to work on my oldest footages, starting in 1993, using Hi8 analogue tapes, partly heavily damaged. Quality is partially horrible and editing and scene cutting this material is a true nightmare. Nevertheless it is worth its while taking all the trouble to save these memories for the future.

I was living from 1994-1998 in South Korea and I was often shuttling between Seoul and Tokyo on duty. Among these countless flights are also those to be considered historic from the viewpoint of the year 2017. In the 90s however there was nothing special to fly onboard a classic B 747 or a DC-10 or even this SP.

The following footage is of horrible quality. Tape and camera and battery problems, rain and bad camera focus. I do not really care about the ratings of of my videos. Publishing these historic footages is my mission in the first place.
