ingredients you need..
Button mushrooms 400 gram
fresh curd 1 kg
onion half
mustard oil 2 spoon
refined oil 1 spoon
coconut powder and pieces
Spices ..Green cardamom 5 to 6,black cardamom 2,cinnamon sticks small 2 to 3 ,cloves 3,black pepper 3,dry ginger powder half table spoon, fennel powder 1 spoon ,turmeric powder less than half table spoon (Optional) ,salt 1 spoon ,dry mint powder half table spoon
ghee 2 spoons
garlic pieces 6
water 1 large cup /Mutton stock 1 large cup
