10gr. suvog kvasca/germe
50ml.maslinovog ulja
100ml.vode

Testo ostaviti da nadođe 30min.

1 paradajz
1 luk
2 šargarepe
100gr. maslina
200gr.dimljene pečenice
100gr.pelat od paradajza
400gr.mocarele
Ulje,so,origano,peršun
Za premazivanje
1 jaje
1 paradajz
peršun,masline.
Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200c/10min. a zatim na 180c/30min.

COMPONENTS
Frying pan dough
600-700g of flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
10gr. dry yeast / germ
50ml.of olive oil
100ml.water
Milk as needed
Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
FILLING / FIL
2 peppers
1 tomato
1 onion
2 carrots
100g olive
200g of smoked pechenitsa
100g. Tomato sauce
400gr.mozzarella
Oil, salt, oregano, primrose
For coating
1 egg
1 tomato
primrose, olives.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200c / 10min. and then at 180c / 30min.
