Описание:
This is a great exercise to improve core strength as well as tricep, shoulder and chest strength.
Start in a push up position then lift 1 leg back over your body till it touches the floor. At the same turn your head to the side and do a press up down to one side. Afterwards bring the leg back over the body and underneath then push it outwards. Also at that point do a press up facing the other way.
Perform as many of these as you can and you will really feel the burn but enhance your strength a lot.
