This video will run you through 4 variations of biceps exercises using the TRX suspension trainer. The TRX is a great tool to use for training arms so here are movements of varying difficulty to help get the most from your training. The TRX Biceps exercises are as follows:
1. TRX Biceps Curl
2. TRX Clutch Curl
3. TRX Crossing Clutch Curl
4. TRX Single Arm Bicep Curl
The 4th exercise requires you to put the straps into single handle mode. If you are unsure how to do this then here is a video guide
