Описание: My Essential Chest Workout At 65! A simple, effective chest workout to build a bigger chest at any age!

I generally prefer barbells or dumbbells over machines and I do like to do heavy dumbbell incline presses....
However, in this case, I inevitably I get better muscle recruitment from machines when working on my pecs. Particularly the incline chest press I featured in this workout.

Certainly results will vary from person to person but, this is my baseline chest workout.
Machines first, cables second, push ups third. Dumbbells if I need to.

I'm glad to get a gym chest workout recorded as it's been a while and I just wanted to share with everyone.
