The Eucharistic Spirituality of the Orthodox Church can be found grounded in the Gospels and the Epistles of the New Testament. It is also deeply rooted in the Early Church Fathers. St Irenaeus (circa 189 A.D.) stated *"our faith is in accordance with the Eucharist, and the Eucharist in turn establishes our faith"*.
But for many Orthodox Christians, Eucharistic Spirituality remains an unclear concept.
Fr Antonio helps "unpack and deliver" the concept of Eucharistic Spirituality from an Orthodox perspective, with a reminder that "*..... also our bodies, when they receive the Eucharist, are no longer corruptible, having the hope of the resurrection to eternity*" (*St Irenaeus of Lyons* (A.D. 189): *Against Heresies 4:18:5*)
