This is a deeply grounding sequence — perfect for evenings, times of transition, or whenever you feel depleted or scattered.
No pushing, no striving — simply being present with what is.
Before hitting play we suggest you bring:
A pillow, bolster, or folded blanket for support and comfort.
Your body.
Your breath.
Your awareness of the last two.
