Описание: The Foundation is collaborating with Miradex Hope Initiative to improve maternal and child health by reducing the prevalence of malnutrition in Taraba State. The project is providing home-based treatment, rehabilitation and intensive inpatient medical nutritional care to malnourished children with clinical complications, within the project's implementation area. The project is also carrying out training and retraining of primary health care workers who will then do a step-down training for caregivers on Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) in Emergency and supplementary food preparation demonstration. To further strengthen the healthcare system, there is an ongoing provision of medications and medical consumables to PHCs for the smooth running of nutritional activities among the target population.
