Ingredients for Spice Mixture for Aloo Paratha
:
Coriander Seeds - 3 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Ingredients for Potato Filling:
Potato - 1Kg
Pinch of Turmeric
Salt to taste
Water to boil, as needed
2 Onions - chopped
4 Green Chilis - chopped
Some chopped Mint leaves
Salt to taste
Homemade Aloo Paratha Spices - 2 Tsp
Homemade Curry powder - 2 Tsp
Chili Flakes - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Chili - 1 Tsp
Squeezed Lime juice of 1 Lime
Ingredients for the Dough:
Whole Wheat Flour - 6 cups
Pure Ghee - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Warm Water as needed
*Pure Ghee to make Aloo Paratha, as needed
& Coconut Oil to make plain Paratha, as needed
