1 Beetroot - Finely sliced
1/2 Onion - diced
Green Chili - 3
Curry leaves
3 cloves of Garlic - diced
Curry powder for Veg - 1/2 Tsp
Chili - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Salt to taste
Milk - 1/2 cup or as needed (Best choice - Coconut Milk)
Water as required
Radish Tempered in Coconut:
1 large Radish - grated
Grated fresh Coconut - 4 Tbsp
1/2 Onion chopped
Curry leaves
1/2 Tomato - diced
Green Chili - 4
Chili Flakes - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Kankung Tempered:
Oil - 1 Tbsp
1/2 Onion - diced
Dried Red Chili - 4
Curry leaves
2 cloves of Garlic - chopped
Salt to taste
1 plate of Kankung - washed & cut into 1 inch
Chili Flakes - 1/2 Tsp
Soya Meat Curry:
Boiled water as required
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Coriander seeds - 2 Tbsp
Cumin - 1 Tsp
5 dried Red Chili
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 4 cloves
Lemongrass stalk - 2 inch
1 Onion
Curry leaves
Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Homemade Curry powder for Meat - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
Chili - 1 & 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
1 Tomato - diced
Water as needed
*Add 2 Tbsp Tamarind paste if available
