Mixed fruit raita is one the easiest fruit dishes that is healthy and can be ready within minutes with some fruits in the kitchen basket. A sweet raita made with fresh curd and fruits, it is best when served chilled.
What you will need:
• Dahi: 2 cup
• Milk: ½ cup
• Sugar: 3tbsp.
• Salt: ¼ tbsp.
• Elaichi(cardamom)pwd: ¼ tbsp.
• Apple: 1 (peeled and chopped)
• Mango: 1 cut into cubes
• Aanar (pomegranate): ½ cup
• Banana: 1 (sliced)

How to make:
Take 2 cups of dahi and add ½ cup milk and sugar to it and blend well now add little salt and eliachi powder to it and mix. Then add the fruits of your choice or some apples, mangoes, pomegranates and banana. You can add some mint leaves if you have for a refreshing flavour. Serve chilled
