Hatfield is a small town in Hertfordshire that couldn’t be easier to reach from London. There are direct trains throughout the day from King’s Cross to Hatfield and the journey time is under half an hour.
The town’s greatest claim to fame is that it was where Elizabeth I spent part of her childhood and the main tourist attraction in town is Hatfield House and Estate.
