Through the CAPFISH‑Capture: Post-harvest Fisheries Development project, enterprises like Leang Leng, Confirel, and Ms. Sereirath’s company have transformed their operations. With support for modern facilities, HACCP and CQS certifications, and the CamTrace digital traceability system, these businesses are now ready for export.

The results are inspiring:
Leang Leng Enterprise upgraded fermenting and processing facilities, preparing to export fish sauce to Korea, the USA, and the EU.
Confirel modernized its Prahok facility, achieving HACCP certification and preparing Prahok powder for EU markets.
Home Taste Foods (Ms. Sereirath) secured CQS certification and digital traceability, successfully exporting dried fish products to Australia and exploring EU opportunities.

This is more than compliance, it’s about unlocking Cambodia’s potential, promoting safer traditional products, and paving the way for sustainable economic growth through exports.
