ROAD RAGING TRUCKER! (Lower Quality as I Zoomed WAY In)

While driving through Ohio, I spotted this road raging trucker. Apparently, the truck in front of him was going to slow for his liking. This nut tailgates the the truck, then gets alongside and veers VERY close to him before getting in front of him, slowing down and brake checking him.
I was a ways back watching and flashed my lights so the good trucker could move over and get away from the road rager.
This maniacal trucker should have known that maybe this other semi was going as fast as it could. Most trucks are governed at 70MPH and you slow down going uphill, especially when loaded. Plus he had the other truck to his right and couldn't switch lanes.
I reckon the road rager was a young driver. Maybe there is something I didn't see, but drivers like this put everyone in jeopardy. He knew better but didn't care. What a jerk.
