Interview with Mr. Dharel Umesh and Ms. Pranita Rijal, who run Hayabusa Consultancy & Training Center in Kathmandu. Mr. Umesh shares his career path in Japan starting from studying in a Japanese language school, then pursuing a degree in hotel management and developing his career at a resort hotel and Japanese language school. He talks about how he acquired knowledge and skills necessary to pursue his career goal of running a language and consultancy business in Nepal. Ms. Rijal had her own career goal. She went to Japan with a dependent visa, but enrolled in a one-year Japanese course, and worked in nursing care. She encourages other people who go to Japan with a dependent visa to obtain Japanese language skills and continue to pursue his/her own career goals. The couple shares their experiences for other Nepalese to benefit from various career opportunities in Japan.
