Today I hit 13 pull-ups
behind the neck, plus 2 chin-ups after assisted one-arms on both sides! 
Harder, stronger, better!
No rest. No breaks. Just pulling.
This is a giant set where I move from one-arm assisted pull-ups straight into behind the neck pull-ups and finish with chin-ups
Giant sets like this build brutal back strength, grip endurance, and mental toughness.
